Formación

• University degree in scientific, engineering or business disciplines.
• MBA or related studies in Business Management, Sales and/or Marketing valued.
• Proven senior commercial leadership in a B2B industrial environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop commercial strategies to strengthen market position and drive profitable growth.
• Lead, coach and develop the commercial team to achieve targets.
• Monitor performance via key indicators and ensure execution of plans across territories.
• Build long-term relationships with key customers and lead strategic negotiations.
• Drive market analysis and business intelligence to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide strategic leadership across commercial and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure a consistent corporate image and communication strategy across functions.
