Tuio, a bold insurtech in Southern Europe, seeks a Head of Growth & Brand to own the Spain B2C growth and the Brand function. You’ll report to the founding team and lead the Growth and Brand group, setting ambitious, sustainable scale plans.

Your day-to-day includes defining strategy, leading all acquisition channels, owning CRM and retention, scaling AI-driven sales agents, and building a recognizable Tuio brand across home, car, pet, life and more. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Proven track record leading growth in B2C digital businesses.
• Hands-on command of Paid, SEO, CRM and analytics.
• Experience building and scaling a brand alongside performance.
• Data-driven with clear metrics and models to guide decisions.
• AI-native mindset; experience using agents and automation.
• Senior leadership experience with a builder mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Set the growth and brand strategy for Spain B2C with a 3-year plan.
• Lead all acquisition channels (Paid, SEO, CRM) and branding.
• Own CRM and retention: onboarding, cross-sell and renewal.
• Scale agentic sales with AI chat/voice agents and improve conversions.
• Build the agentic growth engine and measure ROI.
