Growth Analyst

We are seeking a Growth Manager to join our Growth Team in Barcelona.

About You

  • Understanding of and experience with at least one BI / Visualization tool like Looker, Tableau, or any other tool, and understanding of how BI tools work.
  • Exposure to user acquisition and mobile user data, with an understanding of data flow and its contextual meanings.
  • Experience using user acquisition tools such as audience builders, automation systems for creatives, or similar tools in the mobile space.
  • Knowledge of creatives and their importance in mobile gaming.
  • Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners / Tools like AppsFlyer and/or Adjust, with the ability to use their features comfortably.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets like Excel.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of SKAdNetwork and other privacy measures; experience working with SKAdNetwork data is a plus.
  • SQL knowledge is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding the BI tool, addressing questions and resolving issues.
  • Act as the main point of contact for creative tools, analytics, optimization, and automation, evaluating their performance and answering related questions.
  • Participate in attribution and Mobile Measurement Partners management, including tool housekeeping and new partner integrations, while guiding the team in this area.
  • Assist in evaluating, integrating, and maintaining internal and external tools.
