The Hoxton Poblenou en Barcelona ofrece una pasantía en hospitalidad para estudiantes en gestión de eventos. Serás el primer punto de contacto para grupos, desarrollarás relaciones con equipos y clientes, y apoyarás en reservas y administración diaria.

Se requiere estar matriculado en una Licenciatura o Máster en Hospitalidad o Eventos, con fluidez en español e inglés; se valora la capacidad de organización y multitarea. Se ofrece formación inicial, comidas durante el turno y descuentos.

Formación

• Debe hablar español e inglés con fluidez.
• Actualmente cursando Licenciatura o Máster en Gestión de Hostelería o Eventos.
• Organizado, capaz de multitarea y gestionar múltiples tareas.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar al equipo como contacto clave para grupos y eventos.
• Fomentar relaciones con otros equipos, clientes y terceros externos.
• Gestionar solicitudes, reservas y seguimiento con clientes.
• Realizar tareas administrativas: contratos, facturas y hojas de función.
• Conocimiento del sistema Delphi para mantener la base de datos actualizada.

What you’ll do…

• Support the team by being a key contact for groups and events.
• You’re a people person, so you love building up strong relationships with other teams, clients and external third parties.
• Assist with handling requests, processing bookings and following up with clients.
• And yes, there’s some admin... Tracking requests, inputting details such as rooming lists, preparing contracts, invoices and/or function sheets. But let’s face it, we know you love that!
• Tech? No issue. You know your systems and can keep an accurate and up to date database on Delphi.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management or Events Management.
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.

• You are scarily organised, have the ability to multi-task and spin a million plates in the air at one time, prioritise and re-prioritise as things come in.
