The Hoxton Poblenou, ubicado en Barcelona, busca un/a técnico/a administrativo/a de F&B para apoyar a los managers y garantizar un flujo de trabajo fluido. Serás clave para mantener la operación diaria, la documentación y la comunicación entre equipos.

Formación

• Experiencia en apoyo administrativo y organización en hospitalidad.
• Fluidez en español e inglés, capacidad de comunicarse con equipos y clientes.
• Actitud proactiva, detallista y orientada al servicio.

Responsabilidades

• Proporcionar apoyo administrativo y organizativo a los gestores de F&B.
• 4
• Mantener flujos de información entre F&B y otros equipos del hotel.
• Mantener documentación, paneles y reportes actualizados.
• Gestionar pedidos, facturas y servicios de F&B asegurando consistencia de procesos.
• Colaborar con horarios, ausencias, formación y nuevos ingresos.
• Mejorar herramientas y formas de trabajo para mantener operaciones.

Whatyou’lldo…

• Be the go-to administrative and organisational support for our F&B managers, staying one step ahead of what they need and helping keep the day-to-day operation running smoothly.
• Keep information flowing between F&B and the wider hotel teams, following up on requests,actionsand admin topics to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Keep F&B documentation, dashboards and reporting up to date, and support the preparation and follow-up of meetings and their actions.
• Support the admin side of F&B operations, keeping on top of orders, invoices, services and making sure procedures and standards are followed.
• Support our F&B managers with schedules, absences, training and new joiners, keeping training follow-up on track and sharing what People & Culture needs.
• Help improve F&B tools and ways of working, spotting admin or organisational issues, suggesting simple and effective solutions and jumping in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
