Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• High level of English; German is a plus.
• Experience in large events highly valuable.

Descripción del empleo

We are looking for a Groups Agent to reinforce our team in Malaga. As a Groups Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating groups/events, as well as organizing and following up on events.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and create tailor-made offers.
2. Create standard pricing tables for excursions and transfers.
3. Prepare and send detailed proposals and PowerPoint presentations to clients.
4. Negotiate prices with suppliers.
5. Secure and book accommodation, transportation, venues, activities, etc.
6. Provide detailed and clear reports prior to the start of events, ensuring that everyone involved has the necessary information.
7. Organize and implement tour groups, incentives, meetings, and events.
8. Follow up on events before, during, and after with the client directly.
9. Establish contact with travel agencies, OTAs, etc.

Requisitos:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Degree in Tourism or a related field.
• High level of English (German is a plus).
• Specialized training in Event Management is highly valuable.
• Experience in large events is highly valuable.
