Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Specific training in Event and Groups Management is highly valuable.
• High level of English; German is a plus.

We are looking for a Groups Agent to reinforce our team in Santa Susanna. As a Groups Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating groups/events, as well as organizing and following up on events.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and create tailor-made offers.
2. Create standard pricing tables for excursions and transfers.
3. Prepare and send detailed proposals and PowerPoint presentations to clients.
4. Negotiate prices with suppliers.
5. Secure and book accommodation, transportation, venues, activities, etc.
6. Provide detailed and clear reports prior to the start of events, ensuring that everyone involved has the necessary information.
7. Organize and implement tour groups, incentives, meetings, and events.
8. Follow up on events before, during, and after with the client directly.
9. Maintain contact with Travel Agencies, OTAs, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Degree in Tourism or a related field.
• High level of English (German would be a plus).
• Specific training in Event and Groups Management is highly valuable.
• Experience in organizing large events is highly valuable.
