Position Overview

We are looking for a Group Quality Expert.

As Group Quality Expert you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance by managing foreign approvals, monitoring official sources for relevant updates, and implementing necessary corrective actions. You will support internal and external audits, maintain and improve documentation and forms, and contribute to internal publications. Additionally, you will help harmonize quality standards across the Group.

Main Responsibilities

As Group Quality Expert, you will be responsible for :

• Collaborating in obtaining and maintaining necessary foreign approvals in a timely manner and ensuring accurate documentation
• Regularly monitoring official information sources to identify and implement relevant regulatory requirements promptly
• Preparing safety reports and coordinating the implementation of corrective measures
• Overseeing and monitoring the related procedures and processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness
• Preparing and distributing official information to internal stakeholders
• Compiling relevant statistics and conducting evaluations to support quality management
• Assisting in harmonizing the Nayak Group’s quality standards across different location
• Supporting the Quality Management (QM) department in conducting internal and external audits
• Maintaining and improving quality-related forms and documentation
• Contributing editorial work for the Nayak Information Letter and other internal publications as needed
• Aviation-specific training or advanced training in compliance, safety management, auditing, or related - fields such as PART-145 or CAMO
• Experience working within the quality environment of an aviation company or an aviation supervisory authority, preferably with Part-145 or CAMO operations
• Proven experience working with aviation authorities, regulatory bodies, aviation safety and compliance
• Willingness to travel
• Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach to achieving objectives efficiently
• Knowledge or certification as a Risk Assessor is a plus
