Liferay is seeking a visionary Group Product Manager to own outcomes across core domains within the Enterprise Digital Experience Platform. You will align portfolio strategy with company goals, bridge executive vision with delivery, and mentor product managers to drive innovation and operational excellence.

In this senior role, you will lead cross-functional teams with Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to deliver measurable business value.

Formación

• 7+ years of product management experience in complex B2B software, preferably DXPs or enterprise SaaS.
• Ability to bridge business goals with deep technical architectures and craft scalable roadmaps.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional delivery teams using Agile/Scrum.
• Experience coaching or leading Product Managers or Product Owners.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication, with executive-level presentation experience.
• Willingness to travel to customer and non-customer sites.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute a measurable product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Prioritize across multiple product domains and balance tradeoffs for maximum value.
• Maintain executive alignment with leadership, Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
• Partner with Engineering and PMO to deliver features on schedule.
• Gather market insights via customer interviews, competitive analysis, and data.
• Ensure GTM readiness with Legal, Marketing, and Operations quarterly.
