Veriff is seeking a product leader for the Customer Portal who will own the strategy, discovery, roadmap and delivery. Initial leadership will be through craft, authority and influence, with a path to manage a team while maintaining hands-on ownership of parts of the Customer Portal.

You will guide discovery with demanding enterprise customers and translate insights into a sequenced roadmap, partnering with Engineering, GTM and Design to deliver tangible customer outcomes.

• Owned a product area end-to-end: strategy, discovery, delivery and launch.
• Commercial focus: explain the "why" behind product bets in terms of revenue and retention.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Customer Portal area, aligned to Veriff's commercial model and revenue drivers.
• Run disciplined, continuous discovery with customers and translate it into clear problem statements and a phased roadmap.
• Make transparent prioritisation and trade-off calls across ambition, sustainability and urgency.
• Define success metrics before building and hold the team to outcomes, not output.
• Partner with Engineering, GTM, Fraud Ops and Design as a credible peer, turning expertise into a customer-facing product.
• Own launch discipline from the start, both internal platform releases and external GTM.
• Set and uphold a high product-craft bar; mentor PMs and, over time, build and lead the team.
• Champion AI internally, adopting best practices for faster discovery and delivery.
