Liferay seeks a Group Product Manager who will own outcomes across Enterprise DXP domains, bridging executive vision with execution and guiding long-term technical and strategic decisions. You will mentor product managers and align your portfolio with company goals to deliver measurable business value.

• 7+ years of product management in enterprise SaaS / DXP contexts.
• Ability to bridge business goals with technical architecture.
• Strong English communication; travel required.

Responsabilidades

• Define & Execute Product Roadmap: establish a measurable multi-quarter strategy aligned with company goals.
• Cross-Domain Prioritization: arbitrate priorities and resource tradeoffs for business value.
• Executive Alignment: be the primary contact to leadership, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Drive Team Delivery: ensure features are delivered on schedule with Engineering and PMO.
• Customer & Market Insight: conduct interviews, market analysis, and competitive reviews.
• GTM Readiness: prepare modules across Legal, Marketing, Operations for quarterly launches.
• Mentorship: coach mid-level/associate PMs and promote data-driven decision-making.
