Job summary

Verisure is seeking a talented Group Marketing intern to support optimization strategies for Acquisition Contact Center and Telesales operations. The role offers exposure to both acquisition and portfolio marketing across multiple markets, including a potential pathway to a full-time position.

You will work with a global team, gaining hands-on project experience and strategic insight. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, analytical, and capable of effective cross‑functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Build marketing reports to measure marketing performance across geographies.
• Condense data and insights into clear presentations for the Marketing audience.
• Support organization and content preparation for workshops and training sessions, documenting best practices.

Verisure is seeking a talented and passionate Group Marketing intern to support on the optimization strategies for the Acquisition Contact Center and Telesales operations across the group and make a tangible positive impact.

In this position you will have the opportunity of working in both acquisition & portfolio Marketing, potentially across 18 countries, hand in hand with an extraordinary global team.

This role is a great opportunity for candidates interested in gaining a strong strategic perspective on Marketing, while also having the opportunity of getting hands-on experience in project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Understand and support the implementation of technology and systems within the Contact Center operation, coordinate requests, and support markets while identifying new and improved ways of creating value through technology.
• Collect & analyze data: gather relevant data and analyze it to identify patterns, trends, and propose optimizations in Contact Center operations.
• Build marketing reports that allow to measure marketing performance along different geographies.
• Condense the data and insights into clear and concise presentations for the Marketing audience in the company.
• Support the organization and the content preparation for specific workshops and training sessions, with the aim of documenting and sharing company best practices.

Candidate Profile

The role will be a great fit for someone who:

• Is fluent in written and spoken English (other languages are a plus: Spanish, German, Italian, French).
• Has strong analytical & efficient problem-solving skills.
• Has strong interpersonal skills, with written and oral communication capabilities - ability to build relationships and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
