We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial CFO to join our leadership team and play a central role in scaling our group of companies.

The Role

As Group CFO, you will be the financial architect of our expansion. Working directly with the Co-Founders , the leadership teams at BUNCH, Morphal and SEACLUB. You will lead all financial operations, strategic planning, and governance across the group.

Relocation

The selected candidate must be willing to relocate to Manila, Philippines , to be based at our headquarters in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) .

Key Responsibilities

• Group Financial Leadership: Oversee consolidated financial management across three companies, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and strategic alignment.
• Strategic Finance: Build and execute financial strategies to support rapid growth, capital allocation, and expansion projects including real estate development in Siargao.
• Operational Excellence: Design scalable systems for accounting, FP&A, cash flow management, tax compliance, and financial reporting across international jurisdictions.
• Partnership and Fundraising: Support capital raising, investor relations, and potential joint ventures.
• Leadership: Build and lead a finance team capable of serving both the tech and hospitality sides of the group.
• Founder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to the co-founders, driving financial insights that shape business decisions.

About You

We’re not looking for a corporate bureaucrat. We’re looking for a builder, a doer, and a strategic partner.

• Strong financial background, ideally a CPA, CFA, or equivalent.
• 5–10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in entrepreneurial ventures, startups, or high-growth companies .
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, or technology sectors is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience in fundraising, investment negotiations, and growth financing .
• Proven ability to manage complexity across multiple entities and geographies.
• Must be willing to relocate to Manila, Philippines (BGC HQ).
