Zurich Insurance Group's ServiZurich in Barcelona is offering a paid internship in Group Audit. You will gain practical experience in an international environment, contribute to Group-wide initiatives and learn from experienced professionals.

The role suits students in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business or related fields, with English fluency and strong communication skills. The internship is up to 30 hours per week with a flexible schedule, based in Barcelona.

Qualifications

• Active Bachelor’s or Master’s student status with a Spanish university is mandatory.
• Currently studying Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business, Strategy and Organisation, Communications or another relevant field.
• Available for a part-time internship of at least 6 months.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas within Group Audit.
• Support the delivery of strategic projects across planning, reporting, process improvement, automation and agile initiatives.
• Coordinate internal communications to ensure clear, timely messaging across the Group Audit community.
• Organise and plan Group-wide and leadership meetings.
• Assist with the preparation of content for local and Group-wide team meetings.
• Collaborate with colleagues across an international environment.

• Active Bachelor’s or Master’s student status with a Spanish university or educational institution is mandatory.
• Currently studying Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business, Strategy and Organisation, Communications or another relevant field.
• Available for a part-time internship of at least 6 months.
• Collaborative and culturally aware, with strong communication skills and an interest in working with international teams.
• Proactive, eager to learn and comfortable taking initiative.
• Creative and solution-oriented, while maintaining a structured and detail-focused approach.
• Confident using Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and Teams.
• Basic project coordination, task prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
