CETRA BASE is seeking a Senior Ground Segment Engineer with GALILEO/EGNOS experience to support EUSPA. The role covers deployment follow-up, anomaly analysis, and ground-segment reviews in a multi-national setting across Spain or France.

Formación

• University degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience in Space projects.
• 5+ years in a similar role.
• Excellent team worker.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Eligible for security clearance.
• Availability to travel within Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Follow-up the ground segment deployment activities of new system release/evolution
• Support to operations from anomalies root cause investigation to validation
• Review of the classification of observation reports, the maintenance reports, and anomalies in view of the preparation of the anomaly review board
• Definition of criticality/urgency for anomaly resolution, setting adequate priorities and ensuring and monitoring the timely management by industry of anomalies and non-conformance reports
• Contribution to the analysis of anomalies raised by the service operator and participate to the relevant ARB/NRB for aspects related to ground segment
• Participation to the ground segment reviews and CCB relevant to the tasks under her/his responsibility
• Review the operational validation strategy and outcome
• Review of the relevant KPIs and deliverables, and propose actions and improvements to address issues and opportunities.

Positions can be based at any of the EUSPA sites in Spain or France.

Security

In line with security requirements of the EU Space programme the candidate shall be a citizen of a European Union state.

This position requires the candidate to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
