Formación

Principal Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage product delivery in an agile setting, becoming an expert on emerging technologies to create new opportunities aligned with the ground segment roadmap.
• Participate in system engineering processes throughout project lifecycles, including system concept definition, design, requirements engineering, testing, and qualification, using an agile approach.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of clients’ specific system needs.
• Capture, decompose, and flow down system-level requirements into subsystem and unit specifications, translating them into use cases, epics, and user stories.
• Ensure the scope and quality of tasks, considering feasibility, reusability, system optimization, safety, performance, interface design, risks, and opportunities.

Training and Education

Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline. An advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

Experience

• Experience in System Engineering.
• Experience in preparing specifications, requirements, development plans, and documentation.
• Experience in creating test plans and procedures.
• Experience in Software product management.
• Knowledge of Agile - Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to understand end-to-end systems and resolve issues.

Languages

English essential; Spanish and French are a plus.
