Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, invites you to join as a Category Management Intern for the Groceries Spain unit. You will assist in day-to-day category operations, update product listings, and help organize product assortments to enhance the shopping experience.

You will analyze category performance, prepare basic reports, and coordinate with suppliers to resolve invoice-cost discrepancies. A proactive learner mindset and fluency in Spanish and English are required.

Formación

• Interest in e-commerce, retail, or on-demand services.
• Analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of category management or operations is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of category management, including updating product listings and ensuring accurate information in our systems.
• Help organize and categorize products based on user needs, contributing to an optimized shopping experience.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of product assortments, pricing, and promotions.
• Support the team in monitoring and analyzing category performance, preparing basic reports as needed.
• Review discrepancies between invoices and negotiated costs with suppliers, follow up with suppliers to resolve these issues, and track the resolution process.
