China Three Gorges Europe is seeking an Administrative Intern to join the Greenfield team in Madrid. You will learn and assist across diverse tasks, including approvals workflows, vehicle administration, supplier document collection, and bid preparation.

This role offers exposure to procurement, project administration, and cross-functional collaboration in a renewable energy environment. Ideal candidates hold a relevant bachelor's degree, with high proficiency in Spanish and strong business

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or equivalent relevant discipline.
• Spanish Advanced level (equivalent C1-C2/Native).
• English Professional level (equivalent to B2-C1).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and coordinate internal platform approvals (OA and Ariba), and follow-up on workflow progress to ensure efficient processing.
• Support the administration and scheduling of department shared vehicles.
• Liaise with suppliers to collect and organize required documents, and assist in the preliminary preparation of bidding and tendering activities.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support and assist with various departmental operational tasks and projects.
