Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI systems. You will review security policies, assess risk, and contribute to audit-style documentation while shaping how AI understands compliance and risk in real organizations.

• 2+ years of hands-on GRC, compliance, or risk management experience.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, or similar.
• Comfort reading and critiquing policy and audit-style documents.
• Detail-oriented with precise written reasoning.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently on asynchronous tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness.
• Classify and evaluate real-world compliance scenarios across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST.
• Assess risk statements and audit-style documentation.
• Generate and validate high-quality training and evaluation data for AI systems.
• Identify nuanced gaps, misclassifications, and edge cases using professional judgement.
