Diadeis Spain seeks a Graphic Packaging Manager to join its onsite team, supporting a leading beverage brand. You will coordinate packaging artwork from briefing to final approval, connecting marketing, studios and production partners to ensure quality and consistency.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in FMCG packaging or artwork management, with strong knowledge of packaging workflows, print production, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 3–4 years design/pre-press agency experience in project management and artwork coordination.
• Strong knowledge of packaging workflows and print production processes.
• Experience in cross-functional teams and managing agency relationships.
• Experience working in fast-paced FMCG packaging environments.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the artwork production between our team and clients.
• Follow-up of production and deadlines; manage and coordinate projects for on-time and on-quality delivery.
• Develop and execute packaging ranges; ensure quality and consistency across portfolios.
• Perform quality control on artwork assets and provide training to team members.
• Drive continuous improvement of artwork processes and align with global standards.
• Guard brand guidelines across all packaging outputs.
• Maintain strong relationships with marketing and production partners on-site.
