Actual Talent is seeking an organized Artwork & Packaging Coordinator for a global pharmaceutical client in Barcelona. You will act as the liaison between clients, studios and internal production teams to manage packaging artwork lifecycle.

The role requires experience in pharmaceutical packaging, ERP/SAP, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, and a strong focus on timelines, data integrity, and regulatory standards.

Formación

• Proven experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Production Management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Working knowledge of Pharmaceutical Packaging control, regulations, and labelling guidelines for European markets.
• Experience working across multiple time zones and within global, multicultural business environments.
• Understanding of development, registration, manufacturing, and supply of generic pharmaceutical products.

Responsabilidades

• Stakeholder coordination between clients, studios and internal teams for packaging artwork.
• Artwork lifecycle management from start to final approval within deadlines.
• Coordinate packaging die-cut requests and technical approvals between client studios and internal teams.
• Maintain ERP system data and track internal packaging codes and artwork overviews.
• Follow up proofs through QA release and notify stakeholders upon completion.
• Track lead times and incidences, generating management reports.
• Prepare and track quotations and coordinate stock during version changes.
