GoodLife Foods group is seeking an Artwork Coordinator in Granollers to manage the complete artwork lifecycle for product packaging and labels. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, external agencies, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery while meeting branding and regulatory requirements.

The role focuses on approvals, version control, and documentation, supporting new product launches and packaging updates across Europe. A 2–3 year track record in artwork coordination is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts, Business Administration, Packaging, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as Artwork Coordinator or in packaging/project coordination.
• Experience with artwork management systems, approval workflows, and document control processes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle of artwork projects from initiation to final implementation.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Act as primary liaison between internal teams and external agencies, printers and suppliers.
• Coordinate artwork review cycles and approvals; ensure regulatory, marketing and quality sign-offs.
• Ensure branding, labeling accuracy and compliance with corporate guidelines.
