About You
  1. Develop design and artwork for a variety of multichannel deliverables (print and digital) from scratch (including branding, logos, etc).
  2. Develop artwork for a variety of multichannel deliverables (print and digital) based on approved creative concepts, working to create adaptations and updates from existing materials.
  3. Work in partnership with the design and copy teams, along with the brand, project management, and production teams on briefs and project deliverables.
  4. Ensure that brand guidelines and given media specs are adhered to for print (final artworks) and digital creative executions (source files).
  5. Ensure expected level of creative quality is consistent throughout the lifetime of projects.
  6. Work closely with project management under strict design guidelines.
  7. Ability to develop colour palettes, stylesheets as per directions.
  8. Participate in assigned training programs and working on assignments as per requirements.
  9. Campaign creative concept development desirable, but not essential.
Ideal Profile
  1. Should possess 3-5 years digital and print design experience including User Interface design, ideally with a mix of agency and client-side experience. Desirable experience working for pharmaceutical companies.
  2. Expertise with full Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; additional platforms such as Firefly, Figma, and Sketch/3D a plus.
  3. Bachelor's degree in digital arts/graphic design (or other related field) or equivalent years of experience.
  4. Strong design sensibilities with interactive expertise and knowledge of responsive design principles.
  5. An understanding of layout principles and the “cause and effect” of resizing a campaign; experience completing tasks under strict layout principles.
  6. Motion Graphics including Video content editing/After Effects would be a key advantage.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  8. Ability to review and provide constructive feedback on creative work.
  9. Working knowledge of print, 4 colour process and spot colour printing and all standard print practices across digital and conventional disciplines with asset delivery experience.
  10. Familiarity of working within a project management system such as Jira.
  11. Have a detail-oriented mind, be well-organized, and be able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
  12. Should possess good oral and written communication skills and have a collaborative approach.
