We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to take ownership of Oppizi's visual identity across all channels. This is a key role for someone who combines creative vision with strategic thinking and is ready to shape how our brand is seen, felt, and remembered.
Based in our WeWork office in Glòries (Barcelona), with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote, you'll collaborate closely with the website owner, social media manager, and Head of Marketing to create high-impact design assets for digital campaigns, the website, emails, webinars, and more. You'll also help build internal design systems and processes that scale as we grow.
This role is ideal for a designer with a solid B2B background, strong attention to detail, and a desire to contribute proactively in the development of Oppizi's brand. You'll have creative freedom, space to grow, and the opportunity to influence a fast-moving brand in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Collaborate closely with the website owner, social media manager, and marketing lead to create a cohesive and impactful visual ecosystem for Oppizi
- Transform strategic ideas, team feedback, and raw concepts into polished, visually compelling designs across digital channels, including ads, landing pages, CTAs, emails, social media and print
- Take full ownership of design projects; working independently to propose and execute creative solutions that support business goals
- Improve design workflows by organizing assets, developing creative brief templates, and building scalable design systems and reusable libraries
- Ensure all our platforms are aligned with Oppizi's brand identity and resonate with our B2B audience, balancing creativity with commercial effectiveness
Must-have Requirements
- Expertise and passion for visual hierarchy, layout, color theory, and typography
- Background in B2B marketing design
- Expertise and passion for balancing creative innovation with commercial performance
- Proactive, curious, and creative mindset with a genuine interest in applying creative skills across B2B marketing channels such as email design, webinars, digital ads, web, and print
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- At least 5 years of hands-on design experience, ideally in a B2B company, agency, or other relevant marketing environment
Nice To Have Requirements
- Experience in 3D graphic design, including modeling and rendering
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
- Motion design skills, such as creating animations or dynamic content using Adobe After Effects or similar software
