We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our global team and provide top-notch graphic design services for our Californian offices. This role offers flexibility, with the option to work from either our Los Angeles or Tustin office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver high-quality graphic designs for both print and digital channels, including tasks such as artworking, storyboarding, concept presentations, achieving sign-off, and preparing for print and/or digital publishing.
• Collaborate closely with regional project design studios, including Advisory, Planning and Landscape, Architecture, and Wimberly Interiors.
• Solicit input from management and work independently or cooperatively on multiple projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Identify opportunities where design can enhance projects aligned with sector and regional business objectives.
• Stay updated on new developments, trends, and technologies in graphic design, and suggest areas for firm improvement.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements of global brand and communications standards and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field from an accredited school of design.
• Minimum of 5 years of design experience, specifically in the field of graphic design for a professional service provider.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with additional design software and technologies such as After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Flash; coding knowledge, and AI.
• Quick learner with a strong aptitude for new software modeling and animation programs.
• Extensive experience in both digital and print media production, with expertise in all stages of the design process.
• Self-directed mindset with a willingness to explore new ideas and concepts, and the confidence to ask questions and seek learning opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively.
• Strong design sensibility with the ability to deliver creative solutions and bring concepts to life.
• Proficient at storyboarding and creating impactful presentations, with a keen eye for design aesthetics and detail.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Outstanding typographic skills with editorial flair and information design abilities.
• Experience with the built environment and understanding of architectural scales, sections, plans, and elevations are preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in envisioning, storyboarding, and creating movies using animations, images, and videos.
• Willingness to teach basic graphic design skills to interns or administrative staff.
