SEAT S.A. is seeking a recent graduate with work experience to join the 12-month Trainee program in the R&D team.

You will support HV Battery Systems projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and applying engineering knowledge to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery in a fast-paced industrial setting. The program includes rotations through various areas, continuous training, a mentor and buddy, and an international stay within the VW Group.

Formación

• Education in Electrical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering; Master’s specialization in electrical engineering valued.
• Spanish and English (C1); German valued.
• Strong project management, cross-functional coordination, and agile methods.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and HV-Battery awareness.
• Able to communicate with internal teams and suppliers; good stakeholder management.

About The Rol

Currently at SEAT we are looking for a recent graduate with professional work experience to be part of our exclusive Trainee program in the R&D team.

As part of our team, you will drive the successful execution of HV Battery Systems projects by supporting project management activities, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and applying technical and analytical knowledge to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery while fostering continuous improvement and adaptability in a fast-paced industrial environment.

As a Trainee, you will play a key role in the following projects:

• MEB21F Serienbetreuung
• Tavascan 82kWh "M-Battery"

What are we looking for?

Education: Electrical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering degree. A master’s degree with a specialization in electrical engineering is highly valued.

Languages: Spanish and English (C1), German highly valued.

Skills:

• Project management: planning and coordination of cross-functional teams, including cost, timing, risk assesstment, etc. within Agile methodology.
• Technical knowledge: basics on electrical/electronic systems and HV-Battery Systems.
• Communication & stakeholders: coordination with internal teams and suppliers, clear communication with non-technical profiles, status update, etc.
• Analytical thinking: problem solving, understand complex systems and priorize in dynamic enviroments

Tools: Deep knowledge of Power Platform and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint presentations.

Valuable Experience:

• Project ownership & delivery: team work oriented, proactive, results-oriented, strong ownership and decision-making across teams.
• Leadership & collaboration: influence without authority, strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Continuous improvement & adaptability: process optimization mindset and resilience in dynamic environments.
• Other: International experience (Erasmus, international professional experience, etc.)

How is the selection process?

As a first phase, the pre-selected candidates will go to the phase of personal interviews and conducting an online test. Finally, the selected candidates will be sent to the assessment center.
