The EV Trainer role is based at IDIADA HQ, Tarragona, Spain, and focuses on developing and delivering training programs for electric, hybrid and hydrogen vehicles. You will create engaging e-learning content, design didactic materials and run both theoretical and practical courses for engineers and technicians.

We seek a candidate with a Bachelor’s in engineering, strong organizational and communication skills, fluency in English, and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Mechanics, Electronics, Electricity or Industrial Engineering
• Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent interpersonal, team and communication skills
• Availability to travel

Qualifications

Profile

• Bachelor degree in Mechanics, Electronics, Electricity or Industrial Engineering


• Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented approach


• Excellent interpersonal, team and communication skills


• Availability to travel

Appreciated competences:

• Master's Degree in Electric Vehicle Technologies


• Root cause and failure analysis


• International standards compliance (UN 38.3, IEC, ISO, SAE, ECE R100, GB38031)

Languages

• Fluent in English, other languages would be an asset
