Our Talent Science team aims to ensure objective, scientifically rigorous, and efficient processes to select the best new colleagues regardless of location, culture, or background. We work closely with stakeholders to ensure fair decision-making and support the hiring of world-class talent. We lead an effective hiring ecosystem to deliver talent acquisition excellence, leveraging data for evidence-based decisions and weaving behavioral science into our selection process, in collaboration with our Hiring Leadership team.

We seek exceptional entry-level candidates with a psychology-based degree and an outstanding academic record from high school. Relevant experience from university coursework, internships, or a first job in a talent team is preferred. You will learn to implement hiring strategies that drive high performance and contribute to our talent agenda.

The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset, curiosity to integrate data for insights using SQL or Python, and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment. Strong self-motivation, excellent communication skills for working with senior stakeholders, and a passion for understanding human decisions and behaviors are essential. An interest in technology platforms and automation to improve processes is also valued.

Location: This role is remote within the EMEA region.

The role entails

  1. Learning candidate assessment via behavioral interview techniques.
  2. Understanding psychometrics in the workplace.
  3. Improving process and documentation efficiencies in hiring.
  4. Contributing to analytics-driven projects for successful hiring outcomes.
  5. Building stakeholder relationships to design and implement solutions for complex problems.
  6. Gaining knowledge of systems and platforms to support hiring inquiries.
  7. Supporting ticket and channel questions, understanding processes.

What we are looking for in you

  • Exceptional academic record from high school and university, with a degree in psychology or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, and knowledge of Python and statistical analysis is a plus.
  • Exposure to talent topics through coursework, internships, or first jobs.
  • Passion for technology, demonstrated through experience or interest.
  • Results-oriented with project management skills to plan and deliver objectives.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Driven, ambitious, and curious about innovations in talent.
  • Willingness to travel internationally 2-4 times per year for company events.
