Aircall is seeking a Software Engineer – Graduate for a 6-month Professional Practice Contract in Madrid, with hybrid work (3 days in the office). This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates and offers a mentor, a structured training plan, and a path to a permanent contract based on performance and business needs.

You’ll learn the product, codebase, and practices, then own features end-to-end, starting with backend tasks and progressing to production ownership.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates with a degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Build, test and ship backend features in TypeScript/Node.js (and some Python) on AWS.
• Write clean, tested, and maintainable code, and participate in code reviews.
• Learn to monitor and operate services in production: logs, metrics, alerts and incident follow-up.
• Work with product managers, designers and engineers to understand users' problems.
• Get hands-on with AI/LLM-powered features in a real production setting.
• By the end of the program, own a feature end-to-end from design to production.
