Job summary

Boston Scientific in Madrid is seeking a motivated graduate to join the EMEA Salesforce product team. You will gain hands-on experience in product management, CRM technology, and Agile delivery while supporting commercial teams across EMEA.

You will work with the EMEA Product Owner and cross-functional partners to manage requirements, create user stories, and contribute to release readiness. The role offers coaching and a foundation for future Product Management roles.

Qualifications

Recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
One year of relevant experience would be advantageous.
Fluent in English (B2+/C1); other European languages are a plus.
Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Miro; basic Agile knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist the EMEA Product Owner in managing the Salesforce backlog aligned with objectives and roadmap.
Gather and document requirements from stakeholders and cross-functional teams across EMEA.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows in Jira/Confluence.
Support demos, track delivery progress, risks and follow-up actions.
Assist with functional testing and release notes to support launches and adoption.
Collaborate with technology, commercial, marketing, data and compliance teams on EMEA solutions.
