About The Role

Our Sales team drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business globally. Each team segment operates with a solution-oriented approach, owning their market segments to grow our customer base rapidly.

This programme offers ambitious graduates an opportunity to join a high-performing, international team. You will undergo a bootcamp with workshops, lectures, and hands-on training, then work with real clients and solve real problems, owning impactful tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outreach to prospects via multiple channels, focusing on cold-calling.
  • Develop and implement lead sourcing strategies, diversifying prospects and maintaining activity levels.
  • Manage your pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management, maximizing upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Balance your time effectively between prospecting, closing, and upselling.
  • Use solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate value.
  • Become a product expert on Revolut Business and its solutions, supported by relevant case studies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Graduation from university in 2024 or 2025.
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills over the phone.
  • Impeccable literacy skills for email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • A drive to succeed in a high-performing sales environment.
  • Interest in the financial industry.

Nice to Have

  • Previous internship or experience in a fast-paced, strategic, analytical, or client-facing role.
