What You Can Expect:

From day 1, an Agile, Transformative, and Inspiring program awaits you, where you’ll combine your hands-on work experience (being actively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams) with training and mentoring, and the development of a project sponsored by a member of our management committee.

1. Attention to the points of sale in the assigned area.
2. Business monitoring in the area.
3. Presentation of new products and campaigns.
4. Decision-making based on data.
5. Support and challenge our partners in digital transformation.
6. Be part of the energy transition through advising and presenting our solutions.

What will you learn?

If you are:

Fresh graduate in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. Be able to start a 1-year program in May. Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken. Should demonstrate resilience, proactivity, a strong capacity for self-learning, and humility.
