What You Can Expect:

We have created an innovative program including many learning, training, and disruptive experiences, with tailored content regarding sustainability and digital transformation, and focusing on launching your professional career with us. From day 1, an Agile, Transformative, and Inspiring program awaits you, where you’ll combine your hands-on work experience (being actively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams) with training and mentoring, and the development of a project sponsored by a member of our management committee.

  2. Business monitoring in the area.
  3. Presentation of new products and campaigns.
  4. Decision-making based on data.
  5. Support and challenge our partners in digital transformation.
  6. Be part of the energy transition through advising and presenting our solutions.

If you are:

Fresh graduate in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. Be able to start a 1-year program in May. Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken. Should demonstrate resilience, proactivity, a strong capacity for self-learning, and humility.
