An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Assistant to support the Selection Coordinator in managing candidate processes. This role involves scheduling interviews, preparing essential documents, and maintaining an organized email system. Direct assistance to the Selection Coordinator, including scheduling interviews with candidates, sending offer letters, following up with documentation, and preparing onboarding processes.
Prepare and review written documents such as daily logs, business letters, offer letters, internship agreements, and Erasmus grants. Ensure accuracy and completeness through proofreading and editing.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date email correspondence system. Follow up with candidates regarding missing documents and assist employees and students with requests during their work hours.
Assist in the design and development of Recruitment & Selection programs, including planning and staffing methods aligned with the company's philosophy and standards.
Create and maintain filing systems and Selection Resources Systems such as Hosco, GRS, Turijobs, School Sites, and LinkedIn. Follow up and oversee selection procedures.
Manage Exit Interviews, including scheduling, preparation, and understanding legal documentation requirements. Contribute ideas to improve processes and school presentations.
