Department/Project Description:

The department specializes in consultative sales of electrical solutions, focusing on medium and low voltage equipment and transformers. It aims to expand our customer base and introduce innovative technologies.

  • Promotion of advanced electrical solutions.
  • Implementation of innovative technologies.
  • Expansion of the customer base.
  • Improvement of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consultative sales of electrical equipment and transformers.
  • Understand customer needs and propose technical solutions.
  • Explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Provide post-sales support and follow-up.
  • Analyze data and perform diagnostics.
  • Manage customer relationships using tools like BFO.
  • Implement predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Build and maintain trustful customer relationships.
  • Present data supporting product quality and efficiency.
