Who You’ll Work With

This role will deliver one of the most sensitive, valuable, and analytical HR services, globally across 27+ countries. This role is remote.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboarding Assistance :
  • Support new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth integration.
  • Assist in preparing onboarding materials and documentation.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure new hires have necessary resources.
  • HR Operations & Administration :
  • Maintain accurate HR records and assist in data entry tasks.
  • Support HR team in benefits enrolment, opt-out processes, census data.
  • Assist in tracking HR metrics, PTO usage, and audits.
  • Collaboration in different projects of the Human Resources department, locally and internationally.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the required skills and experience needed are :

  • Students that are finishing their degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Good organizational skills and tech-savvy.
  • Detail and process-oriented.
  • Interest in getting to know and participating in the development of the different processes and initiatives in the various HR areas.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Willingness to learn and innovate, problem-solving ability, and proactivity.
  • 6-month internship contract.
  • Working in a high-paced environment with cutting-edge technologies.
