Who You’ll Work With

Arista is a fast-growing technology company that continues to ignite new innovations in the software-driven cloud networking space. Our HR department shares the same ambitious goals. This role will deliver sensitive, valuable, and analytical HR services globally across 27+ countries. This position is remote.

What You’ll Do
  1. Onboarding Assistance:
    • Support new hire onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration.
    • Assist in preparing onboarding materials and documentation.
    • Coordinate with different departments to ensure new hires have necessary resources.
  2. HR Operations & Administration:
    • Maintain accurate HR records and assist in data entry tasks.
    • Support HR team in benefits enrolment, opt-out processes, and census data management.
    • Assist in tracking HR metrics, PTO usage, and audits.
    • Collaborate on various projects within the Human Resources department, both locally and internationally.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  • Students nearing completion of a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Good organizational skills and familiarity with technology.
  • Attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Interest in learning about and participating in HR processes and initiatives.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Willingness to learn, innovate, and demonstrate problem-solving skills and proactivity.
  • Availability for a 6-month internship contract.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cutting-edge technologies.
