Arista is a fast-growing technology company that continues to ignite new innovations in the software-driven cloud networking space. Our HR department shares the same ambitious goals. This role will deliver sensitive, valuable, and analytical HR services globally across 27+ countries. This position is remote.
What You’ll Do
- Onboarding Assistance:
- Support new hire onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration.
- Assist in preparing onboarding materials and documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure new hires have necessary resources.
- HR Operations & Administration:
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist in data entry tasks.
- Support HR team in benefits enrolment, opt-out processes, and census data management.
- Assist in tracking HR metrics, PTO usage, and audits.
- Collaborate on various projects within the Human Resources department, both locally and internationally.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- Students nearing completion of a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Good organizational skills and familiarity with technology.
- Attention to detail and process orientation.
- Interest in learning about and participating in HR processes and initiatives.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Willingness to learn, innovate, and demonstrate problem-solving skills and proactivity.
- Availability for a 6-month internship contract.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cutting-edge technologies.
