Who You’ll Work With

Arista is a fast-growing technology company that continues to ignite new innovations in the software-driven cloud networking space. Our HR department shares the same ambitious goals. This role will deliver sensitive, valuable, and analytical HR services across 27+ countries. This position is remote.

What You’ll Do

  1. Onboarding Assistance:
  2. Support new hire onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration.
  3. Assist in preparing onboarding materials and documentation.
  4. Coordinate with different departments to ensure new hires have necessary resources.
  1. HR Operations & Administration:
  2. Maintain accurate HR records and assist with data entry tasks.
  3. Support HR team in benefits enrollment, opt-out processes, and census data management.
  4. Assist in tracking HR metrics, PTO usage, and audits.

Collaborate on various projects within the Human Resources department, both locally and internationally.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  • Students nearing completion of their degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and tech-savviness.
  • Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
  • Interest in developing and participating in HR processes and initiatives.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
