At Sage, everything we do is designed to help businesses flow, enabling them to make faster and more accurate decisions. Our team of experts creates, develops, and maintains industry-leading products. And that’s where you come in!

We’re looking for future top talent who can bring their skills and expertise to drive us forward.

Data is central to Sage’s operations, and the BI and Analytics Hub works across the company to leverage data and insights to fulfill our mission of breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for customers and colleagues. The Hub supports teams in becoming a franchise, producing valuable data products, and enhancing Sage’s capabilities in business intelligence and analytics to advance our overall data strategy.

You will collaborate with a range of stakeholders to define and translate business needs into project and data requirements. You’ll perform data analysis, create visualisations using data storytelling techniques, and contribute to success factors such as revenue growth, cost reduction, productivity improvements, risk mitigation, and ESG initiatives.

Throughout the 2-year programme and your career at Sage, we want you to be enthusiastic about personal development and continuous learning. We value innovative ideas that add real value for our customers, and we reward ambition and future progression.

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate globally.
  • Ability to gather requirements and manage large data sets.
  • Skills to present data and explain complex analyses clearly.

This role is based in Barcelona. You should live nearby or be willing to relocate, as the role requires being in the office at least 2 days a week.

Why join us?

  • Competitive salary and annual bonus.
  • Structured development program with weekly training sessions for Sage Ignite graduates.
  • Diverse, inclusive, and vibrant multicultural work environment.
  • Global work-away program to enhance professional experience.
  • Opportunity to work on innovative projects and technologies.
  • Community engagement with 5 volunteer days annually.
