Business Intelligence (BI) at HP is vital for providing accurate data to support business decisions and operations management.

We are seeking a Graduate Business Intelligence Data Analyst to support the WW Industrial Print Services (IPCS) organization.

As a BI Developer and Data Analyst, you will design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor company, product, and business performance and KPIs.

The BI team collaborates globally to develop BI solutions, support BI systems, and meet ongoing analysis needs. This involves understanding data sources, extracting and processing data, optimizing data workflows, and visualizing insights using platforms like Tableau or Power BI.

Job Responsibilities

1. Dashboard Development: Create compelling visual stories with data to demonstrate insights and business value using Power BI or Tableau.
2. Data Gathering and Analysis: Work with multiple data sources and perform data transformation.
3. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into dashboard designs.
4. Dashboard Maintenance: Monitor performance and ensure quality measures are applied.
5. Documentation: Record data sources, methodologies, and dashboard specifications for transparency.
6. Training and Support: Educate users on dashboard interpretation and usage.
7. Professional Development: Stay updated with BI technology trends.

Education and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields.
2. Experience with databases, SQL, and Python for data extraction and manipulation.
3. Proficiency with Power BI and Tableau.
4. Knowledge of data mining, machine learning, and predictive analytics is a plus.
5. Experience with MS Excel, AWS, and cloud solutions is a plus.
6. Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
8. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
9. Self-motivated and quick learner.
