osapiens in Madrid is launching the Business Development Graduate Program, a high-ownership role within our SME & Mid-Market / Digital Team. You will build the front end of our sales engine, manage a named-account list targeting DACH/Benelux, and work with AI tools to drive value from day one. We seek graduates with Dutch and English fluency, plus a willingness to learn quickly.

• Graduates with up to two years of work experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own a named-account list in DACH/Benelux; research and engage with accounts.
• Conduct high-velocity outbound conversations to secure discovery calls.
• Interpret signals from regulatory shifts and news to tailor outreach.
• Move opportunities to AE-accepted stage with clean data in HubSpot.
• Build and run lightweight AI agents and workflows to improve outreach.
