You will oversee vendor relationships, drive the integrated delivery plan, and build repeatable deployment and operating practices as Parasail scales across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and supporting physical infrastructure in data center environments.
• Direct responsibility for managing vendors or service providers.
• Experience taking deployments from requirements and planning through installation and handoff.
• Technical knowledge of server hardware, rack infrastructure, cabling, networking, power and cooling.
• Strong program management skills coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating maintenance or incident response in production environments.
• Ability to build practical processes where ownership and systems are developing.
• Clear communication with technical teams and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Own partner and vendor execution and define scopes, responsibilities, and escalation paths.
• Lead white space fit-out and deployment, coordinating rack layouts, power/cooling readiness, and network connectivity.
• Run the integrated delivery plan linking delivery, site prep, installation, testing, and production readiness.
• Translate requirements into executable work and review plans with technical owners.
• Drive validation and acceptance with engineering and documentation checks.
• Own ongoing physical infrastructure operations and maintenance with vendors and engineering.
• Lead operational escalations, track restoration, and communicate impact and recovery options.
• Maintain accurate operational records and coordinate with Supply Chain on spares and returns.
• Manage delivery costs, track scope against budget, and communicate risks with recovery options.
