Job Description: Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field;
2. 2+ years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Operations Specialist, or Business Consultant;
3. Upper-Intermediate level of English;
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
5. Exceptional knowledge of BPM and BPM software;
6. Experience in process optimization and transformation.

Preferred qualifications include:

• BPMN certification;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, optimize, and automate internal business processes, from current state analysis to future state design;
2. Determine key indicators of business processes and develop tools for their evaluation;
3. Implement process modifications aligned with current requirements and the company's growth strategy;
4. Propose innovative business and technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency;
5. Coordinate with R8G’s Process Center to unify and standardize business processes across all Business Units, applying best practices;
6. Identify needs for changes and formulate technical specifications;
7. Coordinate the integration of new informational systems and gather requirements from Art Service Line;
8. Participate in designing the organizational structure of Art Service Line and defining new roles;
9. Maintain the management responsibility matrix for Art Service Line;
10. Collaborate with back-office departments to establish and improve internal business processes;
11. Perform other related tasks delegated by the manager.
