A leading company in the mobility sector is seeking a candidate to strengthen its relationships with public authorities and analyze policies affecting the industry. This role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills, along with a relevant bachelor’s degree and experience in government or public affairs. The candidate will also engage with industrial partners and collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to support strategic objectives.

Descripción del empleo

1. Build and maintain relationship with public authorities at different levels related to Xiaomi business, including ministries, local authorities etc.

2. Provide in-depth analysis of mobility industry policies and regulations related to Xiaomi’s business in Europe, identifying and monitoring potential risks and giving policy advice.

3. Coordinate mobility industrial association memberships relevant to Xiaomi’s business and develop and manage a network of contacts with industrial partners.

4. Represent Xiaomi’s position in regular interactions with different actors in government, think tanks, international organizations and other public agencies.

5. Collaborate cross-functionally with local business units (such as R&D, sales and marketing teams) and provide support for relevant issues.

6. Assist the mobility team to conduct policy analysis and facilitate activities on European level.

Requirements :

1. Experience in dealing with government departments and public authorities, 3 years working experience in the government or GR / PA department of corporations or consultancy is preferred.

2. Possess in-depth knowledge on mobility industry, deep understanding of current mobility policies and regulations.

3. Objective-oriented and good business sense, strong analytical skills and presentation skills. Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, excellent self-management and time-management skills, ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

4. Strong socializing skills and outstanding competence of interpersonal communication, able to represent Xiaomi in a positive manner.

5. A Bachelor Degree or above, ideally in Public Relations, International Studies, Political Science, Engineering, or similar disciplines.

6. Fluent speaker of a European language with profound English spoken and written skills.
