Mission and Responsibilities :

Lead the development, optimization, and adoption of data governance tools to ensure high-quality, consistent, and efficient data management across the bank's global operations. This role is crucial in implementing innovative governance solutions aligned with corporate standards and the evolving needs of the Global Data Platform.

• Development and Optimization of Governance Tools :

Enhance the existing Data Quality Control Model for efficiency in Model Bank / Openbank countries.

• Design and implement new governance solutions such as the Single Data Marketplace and Data Contracts, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Integrate governance tools into the bank's ODS stack for compatibility and scalability.
• Governance Evangelism and Coordination :

Promote best practices and foster a culture of data quality and governance.

• Develop RACI models to clarify roles and responsibilities.
• Support local teams with training to facilitate tool adoption and compliance.

Oversee deployment of C360 use cases to ensure alignment with corporate goals.

• Collaborate with the Customer Interaction Platform (CIP) team to adapt C360 to Adobe data structures.
• Establish best practices for C360 adoption and oversee project execution.

Coordinate with Global Data and Marketing teams for alignment on initiatives.

• Act as liaison between local entities, CIP teams, and global leadership to harmonize practices.

Qualifications :

To succeed, you should have :

• Proven experience in developing and implementing data quality models, governance practices, and control frameworks in multinational banking environments.
• Familiarity with Adobe's data structures and integration methodologies.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
