Descripción del empleo

We are seeking a skilled Google Workspace Deployment / Support Engineer. In this role you will be responsible for implementing managing and supporting Google Workspace solutions for our organization and clients.

  • Plan execute and manage Google Workspace deployments and migrations
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Google Workspace applications and services
  • Develop and implement best practices for Google Workspace administration and security
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth integration of Google Workspace with existing IT infrastructure
  • Create and maintain documentation for Google Workspace processes and procedures
  • Conduct user training sessions and create educational materials on Google Workspace features
  • Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed
  • Stay uptodate with the latest Google Workspace features and updates
  • Assist in developing automation scripts and integrations using APIs to enhance workflow efficiency
  • Participate in oncall rotations to provide afterhours support when required

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
  • Google Workspace Administrator certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hiring
  • 3 years of experience in IT support system administration or similar role
  • Proven experience with Google Workspace deployment migration and administration
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies and IT infrastructure
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
  • Experience with API integration and automation
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with change management and user training is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is beneficial

Additional Information :

The position can be 100 remote from Spain.
