Role Description :

Looking to jumpstart your career in business development with one of the world's most innovative companies? As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Anteriad, you'll have the exciting opportunity to represent Google and its groundbreaking IT solutions to IT managers across the United States.

Here's what you'll do :

  1. Engage with key decision-makers : Connect and initiate conversations with IT managers on the phone to understand their current tech setup.
  2. Spark interest : Present Google's innovative IT solutions and show how they can help in optimizing processes and increase productivity.
  3. Create high-value opportunities : Set up meetings between prospects and Google's sales experts to move the conversation forward.

With our signature Warm Handover, you'll collaborate closely with Google's top sales professionals, gaining exclusive industry insights and building a network of IT decision-makers around the globe.

Uncapped Commission System :

Our commission system means the more leads you generate, the more money you earn, without a cap. Period.

Qualifications :

  • C2 English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales and / or telemarketing is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Experience in customer service is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Previous CRM experience is desirable, but not a requirement
  • Target-driven mentality & can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The place of residence must be located in the Madrid region (Comunidad de Madrid)
  • Able to work legally in Spain (full time)

Schedule :

Monday - Friday : from 2 pm to 8 pm
