I am a freelance online marketer with over 10 years of online marketing experience, specializing in performance marketing for ecommerce and lead generation accounts since 2019. I offer end-to-end campaign management for Google and Meta ads. Based in Amsterdam, I work with Dutch clients who run both domestic and international campaigns (primarily in Germany, France, and the UK). As my client base and workload continue to grow, I am looking to build a small team to maintain the high level of service my clients expect.

The Role

Responsibilities

• Research & Strategy : Conduct thorough research on keywords, competition, customer reviews, and industry trends to inform campaign strategies.
• Tracking & Analytics : Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, GA4 tracking, and enhanced conversion tracking to monitor campaign performance.
• Campaign Setup & Management : Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve cost per lead or ROAS goals.
• Copywriting & Creative : Write compelling ad copy and provide guidance on creative design. Collaborate on landing page copy and design.
• Optimization & Reporting : Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for better performance. Provide regular performance reports and insights.

TIME & HOURS

• To be discussed, first estimate : 4 days per week of 4 hours per day
• This job can not be combined with another full-time job

Ideal Profile

You have at least 3 years experience in Google ads and experienced and skilled in :

• Looker Studio - you can create and optimize dashboard
• GMC - you can optimize products feeds for Shopping for ecom accounts
• Google Tag Manager - you can setup tracking and trouble shoot tracking problems
• SOP & systems - you create and working in systems and standard operating procedures
• You are naturally an analytical person
