What You Will Do

1. Architect, develop, and execute our technology roadmap, transitioning from early-stage prototypes to scalable and resilient full-scale production backend services;
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and the company’s overarching strategy;
3. Integrate with web3 technologies and protocols, emphasizing secure connections, data flow, and adaptability to evolving market needs;
4. Deliver technology solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations, driving growth and success;
5. Stay updated with the latest trends in backend and web3 development, ensuring our company remains at the forefront of technological advancements;
6. Establish a scalable tech architecture that supports current and future business needs.

Must Haves

• 3+ years of backend engineering experience;
• Strong programming skills in at least one backend technology (Go, Rust, Python, Scala);
• Experience with cloud platforms and databases;
• Proven ability to design robust systems and APIs from scratch;
• Understanding of scalability, performance, and security best practices;

Nice to Haves

• Significant open-source contributions;
• Experience with web3 protocols or blockchain systems;
• Experience working in a startup environment.
