Job summary

INNOCV Solutions S.L.U. in Madrid is seeking a Backend Go Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications in Go, with mentorship from the senior team to support your growth.

You will work with other teams to integrate services, optimize components, and contribute to architectural decisions, while demonstrating responsibility and independence in problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of previous experience in backend development.
• Strong understanding of API development and databases.
• Ability to solve problems independently with a sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend components and microservices in Go, progressively working more independently.
• Design and implement clean, efficient, and well-documented RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate effectively with the Frontend team and other technical profiles to integrate services.
• Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues in production and testing environments.
• Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and stability.
• Propose improvements to performance of existing applications and database queries.
• Participate in task estimation and sprint planning within an Agile environment.
