Safeguard Global is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a product team focused on global workforce enablement. You will work with engineering, design, data, and business to develop and execute solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and growth.

You will ensure innovation aligns with real customer needs, business goals, and regulatory considerations, delivering impact within a 3–6 month horizon.

Formación

• 5+ years in product management.
• Strong communicator at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
• Skilled in discovery and problem-space exploration.
• Commercial awareness; assess revenue, efficiency, and satisfaction impact.
• Ability to manage complexity and align engineering, design, and business teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the product roadmap and align with mission and growth.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business functions to deliver solutions.
• Run quick experiments to identify high-impact changes before building.
• Define success metrics and KPIs to track product performance.
